SHIPS
SHELL DOORS AND PLATFORMS
Fidema Manufacturing offers a complete range of shell doors and platforms to fulfill the cargo and personnel loading and unloading needs, as well as provisions and spare parts. All our plants are “turnkey” systems supplied with hydraulic power packs, automation and control systems.
HYDRAULIC PLANTS
Our activities cover all stages of production: starting from design drawings to the construction and plants start-up.
Fidema Manufacturing supplies hydraulic elevators for provisions and cargo handling inside the ship.
Hydraulic power units
We design and supply many kinds of hydraulic power units dedicated to every kind of plants. The sizes of the power units start from 1Kw to 47Kw with work pressure from 40 bar to 250 bar. Our power units can be equipped with diesel or electric back-up engines.

Main application: Tender + jets-ski haulage
Construction material: Steel AISI 316L, alternatively, a mixed structure in AISI 316L stainless steel and carbon steel.
Actioning system: Hydraulic cylinders + Hydraulic or electric engine
Safety system: Over – center valves
Rotation angle: 0° to 360° (+3°)
Maximum extension: 4200 mm
SWL: 2200 Kg at 3000 mmm/800 Kg at 4200 mm.

TRAVEL LIFTER
Main application: Tender + jets-ski haulage
Construction material: Steel AISI 316L, alternatively, a mixed structure in Steel AISI 316L and carbon steel.

Maximum extension: 7500 mm
SWL: 2200 Kg at 7500 mmm/600 Kg for the jet-ski
