GAS SPRINGS
All our gas springs and their components are made of certified AISI 316L steel. A wide range of fastening elements, also in AISI 316L, is available.
The Fidema Fluid&Pneumatic gas springs range is available with strokes and forces customized to customer requirements and can also be equipped with an integrated mechanical lock.
Fidema Fluid & Pneumatic provides a guide for sizing the spring’s power and offers in-depth technical consultations to determine the most suitable characteristics for their final use.
TENSION GAS SPRINGS
Based on the opposite functional principle of compression springs, these are ideal for confined spaces. The choice of AISI 316L stainless steel is made to meet the requirements of industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and maritime, where aggressive substances and liquids are present. Both the stroke and the preload can be customized to suit the client’s needs.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS AND SPECIAL PRODUCTS
The Fidema Fluid & Pneumatic design team is at your service for any requests for special and custom-made products. We design and manufacture both clean-profile cylinders and visible tie-rod cylinders, even outside ISO 602/2 standards. Our technical team can also develop special projects such as valves, cylinders, pneumatic and hydraulic handling systems upon request or based on the client’s drawings, even exclusively.
HYDRAULIC LOCKING SYSTEMS
Designed and manufactured for high-security door and opening locking. Upon activation, these devices can send a confirmation or electronic alarm signal to the operator, who may be away from the door or unable to directly monitor it.
PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS
The Fidema Fluid & Pneumatic catalog features the Pressmair CUMX, CSX, CVC, CEAX, and CBT series, ensuring maximum reliability and extensive customization options. The series includes micro-cylinders, compact cylinders, ISO standard cylinders, and clean-profile cylinders. An ISO6431 aluminum series is also available upon request.
PNEUMATIC VALVES AND SOLENOID VALVES
The Fidema Fluid & Pneumatic range of valves and solenoid valves is entirely composed of AISI 316L stainless steel elements. The use of high-quality raw materials and components allows for widespread applications of our products, ranging from the marine industry to pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and the agri-food sector.
HAMMER CYLINDERS
The hammer cylinder consists of a double-acting cylinder controlled by a special automatic valve. The CL_17 (ex cod. C/00456) hammer cylinder is primarily used as a vibrating handling element in hoppers, sieves, conveyor systems, and weighing equipment. It can be easily integrated into existing automatic cycles, whether pneumatic or electric.
